The Richardson Group finished the second phase of the Commons Project in North Hollywood one month ahead of schedule and under budget. The project included rental units and retail space, including a supermarket, bank and restaurants for the J.h Snyder Co. & the city’s Community Redevelopment Agency. Designed as a sustainable project that is projected to exceed energy efficiency requirements by 20 percent.

The River at Rancho Mirage

The River offers 125,000 S.F. of retail space, an additional 35,000 S.F for restaurants and an additional 19,000 S.F. of second story office space. TRG was responsible for “Vanilla Shell” interior construction of 28 tenant spaces and a retail interior build-out of Borders Books & Cafe.  J.h Snyder Co. development, Rancho Mirage.
