Projects consisted of Build-out of tenant spaces with high end finishes; office expansion and remodel, multiple phases completed during business hours; phased remodel of multiple floors, including the addition of stairs between floors.

	Morgan Stanley-Dean Witter-Dean Witter Reynolds The Richardson Group has finished many projects over the course of a decade for the Morgan Stanley Group of Companies. These projects range from high-end office remodels, improvements, renovations, expansions, and build-outs. Many were phased projects over multiple floors and conducted during regular business hours.
