We integrate Project Mangers, stringent quality control, and exacting safety measures into every job.  An important aspect of quality control is maintaining a safe working environment.  The most important aspects of creating and maintaining a safe work environment are education, awareness, planning, and clear communications.  The Richardson Group conducts regular jobsite and quarterly office safety meetings, and we maintain a manual to address safety issues.  "The Richardson Group - Injury and Illness Prevention Program" is kept at all jobsites, at all times, and is easily assessable.
